Best episode title ever?
My mom grew up on a dairy farm, so I grew up drinking a lot of milk. She switched from whole milk to 2% when she married my dad. After awhile, she started getting sick after drinking milk. She assumed it was lactose intolerance. Then she discovered the real reason. They put MSG in all milks except for whole milk. My mom has a sensitivity to MSG and it has gotten worse as she’s gotten older. So our family will stick with whole milk. Companies stick MSG in all sorts of foods, even ones that say “No MSG”. I researched it after her sensitivity to it got worse and it’s kinda crazy what they get away with. Google it if you are interested.
Also, according to the picture, John was not given the letters to spell frodo. I’ve had that happen to me as well. If the letters don’t show up, just quit out of the game and open it back up.
Hey, question for the next episode. There are a new Yamato TV series, Yamato 2199 (remake of original fist season, Quest to Iscandar). Do you know any new Yamato games in production? There were a couple in PS1/PS2 era.
Another question, violence in japanese animation is quite common. Why in japanese games they focus so much in shooting robots and monsters, and not other people like in western shooters?
Leisure Suit Larry 6 and 7 were up there w/ the Monkey Island games! Just great adventure games. But yeah, the PS2 and later versions were done by a different team of goons. Al Lowe’s LSL’s were terrific. ^_^
