  1. Matt C. says:

Awesome to hear about your new home near the Bombcast!

  2. sub says:

Wohooooo, I am half drunk, and very happy that you guys are teaming up with bombcast !

  3. Matt C. says:

Does anyone else believe that no one would be pissed about DMC if Dante just had white hair the whole time?

Also: There appears to be some heavy Matrix-style shit happening with the story here. My guess is Emo-Boy’s Devil Form actually channels him back into the alternate universe Dante we all know and sorta-kinda love.

  4. Ben Knight says:

Congrats on the move… I can’t believe this was not discussed: http://bit.ly/IDUPM0

  5. VincentLonga says:

Welcome to the GB fam :)

  6. Rice* says:

A little sad you guys aren’t with 1up anymore, but i guess its mostly because of the 1up podast legacy. On the other hand, I’m glad you guys joined up with Giant Bomb.

Btw, please don’t change the random tangents and intro nicknames, those are usually one of my favorite parts o the show.

  7. Fattonyxxl says:

Oh my gosh after the last episode I was just joking with myself thinking you guys should join GiantBomb after all the shinanigins down there.. And now I find out it’s actually happening. That’s crazy-awesome.

    Looking forward to it.

  8. l3reak says:

Wow, way to be huge jerks and spoiler Fez. And you say “it’s okay, the other guy on the podcast wouldn’t have figured it out anyway”. That couldn’t be further from the point! Don’t you care about spoiling it for US? At least include a freakin’ spoiler warning! Heck, you had, like… a reverse spoiler warning. You straight-up said “ok now I’m not going to say any spoilers” immediately before spoiling a cool puzzle.

First-time listener, came here from Giant Bomb, and the podcast was generally pretty cool! But I hope you guys can be a little more sensitive to not spoiling things, not only for yourselves, but for the listeners, as well. :(

  9. Johnny Snider // Albany NY says:

    – Mark is not allowed to cut the long intros or the crazy middle names.

    – Does this crossover with Big Bomb mean that whenever you’re Stateside for E3 or GDC you’ll do podcasts with Giant Bomb? Because that would be cool.

  10. l3reak says:

Watch out for Fez puzzle spoilers (it comes up right after they say they’re not going to spoil anything).

  11. Penguin says:

No phone calls. NO PHONE CALLS. NO CALLS NO CALLS NO CALLS. Ugh. Excited to hear you guys teaming up though.

  12. Chris Vazquez//Los Angeles, CA says:

I thought one particular discussion really gave much needed attention and it was the implementation of multiplayer in traditionally single-player game experiences. Although the subject itself has been discussed in past forums from other channels, I remember recalling reading from a game magazine or blog (can’t remember) where a developer gave his views on the trend. He summarized it simply by stating that traditional single-player experiences would mostly likely face being a rental game without multiplayer. As a gamer, I’m not opposed to multiplayer, but would like to see new creative ways utilizing it without it being another copy of past iterations and identifying it as such. Touche perhaps, but seeing the Souls series and Journey engaging online concept, its a great start towards fun, rewarding experiences. Great show hachinoroku!

  13. GroizerX says:

Conglaturations! All your base belong to GiantBomb!!

  14. Brian says:

Show too short. What happened to the 3 hour epics of old? You peaked at season 1.

  15. Josh says:

First time listener from GiantBomb! Enjoyed it quite a bit especially since you started off with FE! Also, I just realized I walk right by your place in Shibuya every weekend on Fridays and Sundays, HAH!

  16. samoscratch says:

Alright I enjoy the show and I hate to be negative but John Ricciardi is the downer of this podcast. Maybe work a bit on interpersonal skills..and get over yourself.

  17. ShinnFlowen says:

This podcast was great, but it was too short T_T. I hope you guys have more time next podcast and talk more about fire emblem because I’m hoping you guys localize it.

  18. Khessed says:

This seems to be the speed run they’re talking about: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J3GfV-tDmaE&annotation_id=annotation_776291&feature=iv

    only 22 minutes… wow.
